We collect only what we need to make and ship your order and answer your messages. We never store your card number, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email, phone number (optional), shipping address, what you ordered, and any gift note.
• Payment: you enter your card in our payment provider's secure form. We never see or store your card number.
• Cocktail Club: your flavor choices and billing date. With your permission, Square saves your card for the monthly charge.
• Messages: what you send us through the contact form or by email.
• Newsletter: your email, only if you sign up. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and once you unsubscribe we never add you back.

Why

To make, ship, and support your order, run your club membership, answer your messages, and keep the records we need for business and taxes. We email you about your orders and your membership, and send the newsletter only if you signed up for it.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to take payments (Square), ship orders, run the website, and send email. They only get what they need to do that. We never sell your information or share it for advertising.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our payment provider uses a cookie to process payments securely, and our site analytics don't use cookies. Your cart is saved on your own device so it's there when you come back.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep order records as long as we need them for business and tax purposes. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days.
