Every bottle is made to order, packed cold, and shipped to your door.

Made to order

We make your order after you place it. It's ready to ship in 3 to 5 business days. Checkout shows the earliest day it can ship.

Ship days

We ship Monday to Wednesday, so your box never sits in a warehouse over a weekend. We email you a tracking link when it ships.

Packed cold

Every box is packed cold with insulation so it stays chilled the whole way and arrives fresh. Refrigerate the bottles as soon as your box arrives.

Cost and delivery time

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where your order is going. Once your box ships, it arrives in:

• East and Midwest: usually 1 to 2 business days.
• Rest of the lower 48 states: 2 business days by air.

Weather and carrier delays can add a day. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the lower 48 states.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address. We can fix it before your order ships, but not after.

Late or damaged boxes

If tracking shows your box is running late, email [email protected] and we'll look into it. If it arrives damaged or leaking, see Returns & Refunds.
