Terms of Sale

These terms cover anything you buy on this website from Free Spirit Cocktail Company (Hospitality Inc NY), Glen Cove, NY. See also Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds, and our Privacy Policy.

Prices and tax

Prices are in US dollars. Orders shipped to New York pay New York sales tax on the bottles and shipping. Orders shipped to other states pay no sales tax.

Product care

Keep refrigerated. Good for 2 weeks in the fridge, or freeze for up to 1 month.

What's in the bottle

Our mixes are non-alcoholic. They're made with raw honey, which is not safe for infants under 1 year old.

Discount codes

One code per order. A code takes money off the bottles, not shipping or tax. Some codes have an end date or can be used only once. Codes can't be used for the Cocktail Club.

Cocktail Club

• What you get: two 32 oz bottles every month, Gina's picks or two flavors you choose. If a flavor isn't available, we send another and tell you.
• Price: the monthly price on the club page, plus shipping and any New York sales tax. You see your exact total before you join.
• Charges: your first box when you join, then the same day each month. If you join on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, we charge on the 28th.
• Automatic renewal: your membership renews every month until you cancel.
• Reminder: 3 days before each monthly charge, we email you the amount, the charge date, and a link to manage or cancel.
• Price changes: if the club price changes, we email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and we don't charge the new price before then.
• Cancel: tap Cancel membership on your club link, or email [email protected]. No fee, no minimum. Cancel before your next charge date and you won't be charged again.
• Skip or pause: skip a box up to 3 days before its charge date, or pause for 1 to 3 months.
• Declined card: we try again the next day, up to 3 tries, then put your membership on hold and email you.
• Breaks between batches: if we pause orders, no one is charged. A box due during the pause is charged when we reopen.
