Returns & Refunds

Because our mixes are fresh food, we can't accept returns. If something goes wrong with your box, we'll make it right.

Damaged or leaking boxes

Email a photo and your order number to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement, or a refund if you'd prefer.

Cancelling

Email us before your order ships and we'll cancel it with a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Square. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
